Meanwhile, SB 396 would outline the licensing fees that operators would need to pay in order to receive a license to operate in the state.
However, without tribal support from the Florida Seminole tribe, the bills have a hard battle in front of them. So, as of right now, online sports betting in Florida is the best avenue for those looking to place sports wagers.
